Hazel Lopez

Director of iDance Studio, she is a native of Guatemala, where she earned a B.A. in dance at the Francisco Marroquin University. She performed with the National Ballet Company of Guatemala, Z.T. Musical Theater of Performing Arts in Los Angeles, London Hite Ballet and Prairie Dance Theatre. Hazel teaches Creative Movement, Ballet, Beginning Tap, Salsa and Argentine Tango.

Denise Vick

As assistant director of iDance, she brings her love of dance and 17 years of dance experience. Her training includes Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Flamenco and Acrobatics. Her teaching style is energetic, athletic and creative. She likes to give her dancers and the audience something new to look at and experience. Denise is our Jazz and Intermediate Tap instructor.

Paul Ward

Paul has been dancing since 1976 where he began his career with Fred Astaire's Dance Studios. He Danced with Fred Astaire's for 20 years and taught American Ballroom and Latin bronze to Supreme Gold, as well as International Modern and Latin standard. He spent several years teaching independently. Paul is a technical teacher that knows how to bring enjoyment and fun while his students learn the art of dance. Paul has competed across the United States and abroad and is a United States Champion. Whether you want to learn at a social level or excel to the BEST you can be, Paul is the instructor for you.

Paul teaches both American and International Ballroom for all ages.

Nicole Chesnut

Trained in hip-hop, jazz, pom pon and aerobics, Nicole has danced for over 13 years throughout Oklahoma and has at Walt Disney World. She brings incredible energy, undeniable sass, and passionate charisma to the hip-hop classroom at iDance Studios.

Nicole believes that dancing is her God-given gift. She couples her gifting with the love of teaching and inspiring others. Whether you come for exercise, to train for performance, or just to shake it, Nicole wants you to get on up and DANCE!

Ruth Jackson

Ruth is an experienced runway model who has worked with the top modeling agencies in England and Australia, respectively Elite Models and Top Models Inc.. She was raised in England into British Etiquette. She also has a performance dance background in contemporary and hip-hop.

Ruth offers classes in etiquette, runway & fashion photography modeling, and etiquette with an emphasis on health, beauty, posture and elegance.

Aside from giving lessons, Ruth is a distributor for dance shoes and does hair and make-up for modeling and special events.

Marlon & Blair Calvo

Marlon & Blair have 8 and 6 years of dance experience, respectively. They bring abundant creativity and passion to their dance style. This is most notable in the way they lead the ‘I Dance Studio’ Troupe. Their salsa classes are fun, energetic and very personal. Marlon & Blair teach Salsa.
